Personal Training
Let Our Certified Personal Training Staff introduce a fitness program into your life that will significantly increase your quality of life, health, and energy levels.Our
training programs are individualized around each client and entails a
detailed plan on how they can reach their goal. Each program
starts
with a free consultation and bodyfat testing so that
we may come up
with the best training program for you. We will evaulate you, create a custom program,
design a diet and help you through it 100% of the way.
Our
training programs are from 12-15 weeks in length and each session is
between 30 and 60 minutes long, depending on what your goals are.
All of our staff have College degrees and are
certified through the National Strength and Conditioning Association
(NSCA).
